New artist impressions for the redevelopment unveiled
A new artist impression showcasing the new main entry of the Ballarat Base Hospital which is being delivered as part of the $541.6 million redevelopment has been unveiled.
Member for Western Victoria Jaala Pulford today released the artist impression which shows the new main entry off Sturt Street which will improve access for patients, families and emergency vehicles and deliver short-term parking and safe drop-off zones.
Working in partnership with the Victorian Health Building Authority, Grampians Health is looking forward to delivering a new emergency department, a women and children’s hub, state-of-the-art theatre suite and an extra 100 inpatient and short stay beds as part of the redevelopment.
Final designs for the Ballarat Base Hospital Redevelopment are still being finalised and are expected to be released later this year.
