Help shape the future of Grampians Health through community survey
Residents of Edenhope, Stawell, Horsham, Dimboola and Ballarat are invited to have their say on how they would like to see the newly formed Grampians Health deliver the best care and service, through a community survey now open.
Grampians Health was established in late 2021 by bringing together Edenhope and District Memorial Hospital, Stawell Regional Health, Wimmera Health Care Group and Ballarat Health Services. It has now commenced an extensive planning exercise on both the strategic plan for the organisation and the clinical services needs of the community.
Grampians Health Chief Executive Officer Dale Fraser said as part of the planning and commitment to deliver even better healthcare and enhanced services across the region, a community survey was now open, allowing residents to provide valuable input.
“Since the formation of Grampians Health, a key focus has been to listen to the voices of our staff and community to ensure Grampians Health meets the needs of the region we serve,” Mr Fraser said.
“Through this survey, residents will be able to share with us their priorities and how we can serve their needs better in the short term and long term.
“I encourage everyone in our community to take part in the survey. Your feedback is important and will help shape the future of Grampians Health.
“Survey responses are confidential and anonymous, and will play a valuable role in establishing two key documents that will set the course for us moving forward – the strategic plan and clinical services plan.”
The short survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete and is open until Sunday 20 March.
