Breast Pump Donation

The kindness within the Ballarat community continues after Deb Parkinson, a BHS staff member who works in the Maternity Unit reached out to a local charity to request their financial assistance to purchase a new breast pump.
The Ballarat District Support and Fundraising Charity kindly came to the donor party, and the new equipment is now operational for patients.
The Ballarat District Support and Fundraising Charity was founded by Christina Gollan, who throughout COVID wanted to help others in need, providing transparency to donors on where their donated funds were being directed. From July 2020 to July 2021, the group has raised $126,000 which has all gone directly back into the Ballarat community.
