James Thomas Court is a 34-bed aged care home in Sebastopol, has ample off-street parking within a convenient neighbourhood.
James Thomas Court caters for a variety of resident options. All rooms are single, many with a private ensuite, and several with shared ensuites. Some rooms are able to offer a separate living area next to the bedroom. The home has expansive social living areas with some smaller areas for quiet time. Indoors, there are large lifestyle areas supporting group activities and availability for internet access.

All prospective residents require assessment by an Aged Care Assessment (ACAS) Officer prior to entry. The ACAS service can be accessed through Grampians Health. Referral can be made by your GP, service provider, a family member or carer, or it can be a self-referral.
