WHY NOT PERSONALISE?
Residents are encouraged to personalise their home with furniture items, soft furnishings, photographs and mementos. Comfortable lounge areas are fitted with flat screen TVs and DVD players. Telephone and television connections are available, and phone connection can be arranged (additional charges may apply). There has been a recent upgrade of our Wi-Fi enabling social connection with families and opportunities for electronic engagement.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS
Each home has access to outdoor areas, featuring paved private courtyards with BBQ amenities for residents and families to enjoy. The well maintained and manicured outdoor gardens at all of our homes encourage residents to enjoy fresh air and sunshine. All homes have purpose-built activities areas for the many social events that take place each week.

LIFESTYLE
Our qualified diversional therapists and assistants are continually developing events, outings and activities based on resident choice. The menus for meals are seasonal and designed by dieticians to ensure optimal nutrition. Happy Hour is a popular weekly feature. Dining areas are spacious, providing an ideal opportunity to socialise.

YOUR CARE
All of our homes have a Nurse Unit Manager and Registered Nurses are available to care 24 hours per day, every day. Residents are able to access a large number of visiting services, very often including their own General Practitioner. Medications are delivered each week through a local community pharmacy. A pain management programme, to eligible residents, is provided by qualified physiotherapists and allied health staff. Other personal services such as regular hairdressing and delivery of newspapers is available. The full range of allied health such as annual dental checks and podiatry referrals can be arranged.
